Our law firm formed by advocates who have handled various legal issues encountered by private/individual or corporation through the litigation procedures and non litigation procedures.

At the beginning of the establishment, the firm known as Ipri Sihombing, Hosen, Nasution & Associate. On 4th of august 1999 the firm then renamed as Amir Nasution, Hosen, Marwan dan Rekan. And in 2001, the firm then changed into Amir Nasution & Associates.

Amir Nasution & Associates has wide experiences in providing Clients handling both criminal and civil/private legal issues specifically on Bankruptcy and Restructuring matters. Amir Nasution & Associates also experienced in providing legal consultation or analyzing legal documents to our Clients in the field of Banking, General Corporate, Permit & Licensing, Environment, Energy and Natural Resources, Capital Market, and Investment Law both domestic and foreign.

After practicing our legal services for nearly 20 (twenty) years, we stand to commit to provide professional, comprehensive, and trustworthy legal services to our Clients in order to protect Clients from legal issues and provide secured legal services to Clients as individual, community, and/or corporation.
